Marketing Manager - Customer Experience/Customer Retention

Project People are currently recruiting on a interim basis for a Marketing Manager, with an emphasis on customer experience and customer retention. My client are a well established consumer brand company within the field of communications, and have offices located in Central London.

As Customer Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning and communicating the up-sell and retention customer communications programmes.

You will do this through:
- Proven experience in customer retention marketing campaigns
- Creative, inspiring, engaging and innovative customer communication programmes
- Identifying customers at risk, planning and executing a plan to manage them back into a "low risk" scenario
- Deliver against business targets
- Deliver the best solutions for the customers

Skills we are looking for (essential):
- Direct marketing (online, offline)
- Strong creative skills
- Above the Line experience
- Good understanding of customer segmentation
- Campaign and budget management
- Proven collaborative cross-functional working
- Background - from a well known consumer brand company (in-house) or agency
- Telco/communications marketing experience (desirable)

We are looking for a creative and innovative champion of the customer, someone who will be the voice of the customer whilst keeping business needs in mind.
