Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP HCM Compensation management consultant who speaks fluent Spanish.
Key skills looked for:
- SAP HCM Compensation Management Functional experience, more than 6 years on consulting (not maintenance projects)
- Spanish payroll - Not essential
- Implementation experience - there are several developments which needs to be completed.
- Other Talent Management Areas expertise is welcome: Personal Development Plan (PDP), OSA - Objectives Settings and Appraisals., Talent Review.
Start date: July
Location: Madrid with occasional travel to USA and UK
Duration: 5 months
