Description
Our Global Software Client is seeking a 3rd Level Support Engineer with deep skills in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM]) . Also required is some experience of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) .
MUST HAVE: Current SC level SECURITY CLEARANCE
Duration: Initial 3 months [this role will run and run with the right person]
Location: Belgium - English speaking
Start: ASAP
Brief Details:
* Carry out 3rd line support on the end client's SCCM 2007 production systems
* Work closely with the end client's team designing/upgrading the customer to SCCM 2012, supporting this upgrade into production
* Must have current SC Government level Security Clearance. You must be prepared to go through the NATO Clearance process.
Core Skills:
* Very deep hands-on skills in SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager) [Microsoft level ]
* Some experience working with SCOM (System Centre Operations Manager)
* Must have strong 3rd line support, troubleshooting, problem solving

* Must have plenty of Client interface
* Must feel comfortable owning service levels and managing delivery to an agreed outcome
