Our client is one of the world`s largest pharmaceutical companies; they currently require a number of SAP Consultants to work ontheir ERP harmonisation project in Tokyo, Japan on an interim, project basis. Integration of our client`s harmonised and
standardised business process landscape and materialisation of related benefits in finance, supply chain and technical operations - System
delivery supporting overall GxP, SOX and InControl compliance - Implementation of LIMS Core to address specific, local requirements.
Duties:
System delivery supporting overall GxP, SOX and InControl compliance
- Implementation of LIMS Core to address specific, local requirements
- Implementation of the Group SRM and its Invoice verification solution
- Automation of interface to the AWMS warehouse system at the TechOps site
- Replacement of current eKeihi system by the Group e-Travel system
Requirements:
ERP Finance Functional Expert (slot FICO-4)
Experiences PEP / Shape experience, SAP project experience (several project life cycles), Expert in SAP FI/CO,
Experiences in pharmaceutical industry
Essentials: velops and documents to-be processes based on user requirements
- Conducts gap analysis against Core / SAP and potential solutions
- Develops functional specifications
- Configures the system and documents configuration according to project standards
- Identifies and escalates configuration related conflicts with other implementations in the same SAP environment
- Creates test specifications
- Prepares test data
- Conducts and documents tests
- Unit testing: Business = owner/ ERP =ccontributor
- Integration Testing: ERP = owner/ Business = contributor
- Trains key-users and supports end-user training
- Documents data-migration and performs cut-over
- Adheres to defined quality standards - supervised by QMvelops and documents to-be processes based on user requirements
