Description
As a Marketing Manager for Germany and Austria your objective will be to ensure that the companymeet or exceed the budgeted volumes of new customers, and develops the Brand Equity for the
portfolio of brands for these markets. This is done through optimizing marketing plans and being
on top of the SWOT on the markets. The role is primarily measured on volume of New Customers,
Brand Equity KPIs, and Cost Budget adherence.
Responsibilities will include:
• On a strategic level ensure strong local adaptations of a multi-brand portfolio strategy
• Drive synergies across brands in planning and execution.
• Through this work, provide a structured input into Brand Strategy development for the
markets.
• Implement a Best Practice mind-set and ensure knowledge integration into local market
planning.
• Contribute with quality and a 360 degree-approach in execution of marketing plans by
brand.
• Promote a high performing local team through adequate staffing and development
activities.
• On a day to day basis leading marketing planning and ensure strong planning and execution
processes.
• Co-operation with business teams to ensure 360 degree approach to campaigns and create a
strong local execution of strategic initiatives.
• To be successful in this role an adequate business and local market intelligence reporting
and analysis need to be implemented.
Criteria
• Strong understanding and experience of the gaming market in Germany/Austria, particularly
from an acquisition perspective.
• Experience from general B2C Marketing Management and Planning.
• Analytical mind-set and a structured way of working.
• As a person you have strong influencing and personal interaction skills and can demonstrate
project management capability
• University degree with 4-6 years working experience
• Strong general business literacy and strong internet marketing competence
• Demonstrated internet business model understanding
• Strong team player who thrives in an informal corporate culture
• Excellent initiative and follow-through track record
• Career upward potential to move to “next level” of responsibility
• Fluency in German and English, both verbally and in writing
