Description
Qualifications:-MS or higher in a quantitative field (including biostatistics, epidemiology, econometrics, applied statistics, operations research, etc.);
-Knowledge of a wide range of statistical and analytical techniques;
-Experience using and interpreting the results of simulations (agent-based, Markov models, bootstrapping, etc.);
-Substantial statistical programming experience (knowledge of SAS, Stata, and/or R)
-Experience with health care databases preferred;
-Familiarity with standard a Linux environment;
-Proficiency with MS Excel (VBA experience is a plus);
-Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team;
-Strong written and verbal communication skills;
-Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
-Flexibility to adapt to diverse client and project needs in a fast-paced "start-up-like" environment;
-Demonstrated interest in health care and health outcomes research.
