For a respected MNE client of Square and their IT Deployment planning and support department, I am urgently looking for medior experienced Freelance Project managers.
The medior level Freelance Project Managers I am looking for will have the following responsibilities:
IT Deployment planning and support;
To support the vision of becoming the best customer oriented pharma company, the Connect program has been established. One of the strategic pillars is the implementation and roll-out of the next generation CRM solution.
Currently, the client is looking for a medior levelled Project Manager to assist in covering the processes of:
-Deployment management
-Project planning and deliverables
-Planning and re-planning of the deployment calls between EMEA and local teams
-Follow up on meeting notes and agreed actions
-Maintain dashboards in MS XLS
-Planning simulation
-License follow up and ordering
-Tele-calls management
-Stakeholders maintenance
-Distribution list
-Communication via emails and the SharePoint portal
-Template maintenance
-SDLC documents maintenance
IT Processes:
-Monitoring the SLA's for incident and service management
-Monitoring the SDLC SOPs on access management
Accountabilities:
In this role, the Project Manager will work closely with the other Workstream leads of the Technical Team, Business Readiness, Compliance, Business Design
-Maintain the meetings and call planning.
-Maintain stakeholders and distribution lists
-Maintain dashboards
-Rollout simulator
-Technical deployment template
The candidate needs strong skills on the computer with tools like
-MS Excel
-MS Project planning
-SharePoint portal
-MS PowerPoint
Language proficiencies
-English spoken and written
-Dutch, German, and/or French are a plus
