Description
To temporary supplement the Service Delivery organization within this IT department there is a need for an IT Infrastructure Manager - Risk
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager - Security (or the acting Head of Infrastructure Management & Application Hosting), within Service Delivery
Tasks:
- Evaluate and provide expert advice in designing multivendor IT security risk processes (including global and local internal processes)
- Guide implementation and execution of those processes
- Document, communicate and train key users of those processes
- Manage the repository of risks.
- Orchestrate risk handling amongst risk owners and key stakeholders
- Evaluate identified security risks and ensure these are managed including implementation of mitigation actions
- Manage complex risk remediation projects
- Convince business and management people of the need to invest in secure solutions.
- Interact with external providers
- Interact closely with Change Management on identifying, planning and implementing changes to steady state services
- Manage that IT services and solutions are delivered with the right quality and cost
- Organize, perform, manage revalidation and cleanup of exceptions and deviations
- Perform risk assessments and manage security deviations
- Identify and recommend improvement initiatives to increase infrastructure, hosting and application services security posture
- Understand business requirements and blend this into secure solutions rather than insecure exceptions
- Provide backup and overload assistance to IT Infrastructure Manager - Security where needed

Knowledge
- Proven track in outsourced multivendor service delivery environment (or somebody coming from a Service IT provider)
- Experienced in project and service management
- Broad IT background
- Good technical competence and experience in as much as possible of the following IT areas:
- Infrastructure MGT
- Application MGT
- Security MGT
- Identity Access MGT
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements around data privacy
- Understanding of production IT security environments is a plus

Education and certification
- Master/bachelor degree in business or IT or compensating long relevant experience in IT Project and Service Management (Security, Infrastructure & Applications)
- CISM/CISSP, ITIL Intermediate, COBIT5, PMP/Prince2 Practionner certifications are a strong plus

- Temporary, Full time position
- Desired start date ASAP
- Expected duration 12 months
Location
- Base location Brussels, Belgium or Oslo, Norway
- Willingness to travel (short travels mainly to Oslo)
