OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE PROFESSIONAL - RETAIL BANKING - LONDON
My client, a leading retail bank, has an urgent requirement for an experience Operational Excellence professional to join them on a large business transformation programme. Candidates must have recent, significant experience of Operational Excellence on large projects/programmes.
Role requirements
- Previous experience of leading and implementing operations management
- Ability to coach fellow employees in Service Excellence
- Ideally a Six Sigma Practitioner
- Continuous Improvement experience
- Excellent communication skills
Location: London
Duration: 6-9 months
