Description
Our client, a leading financial services company, requires an experienced Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Expert with process re-engineering expertise within a finance environment.
Working closely with the programme lead you will be responsible for delivery, accountable for the process design, provide delivery insight and recommendations for process change, be responsible for designing future projects and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders to ensure buy in.
Ideally you will have significant experience in developing and designing process transformations across global locations, in depth experience of process architecture and Lean Six Sigma processes. You must have experience of delivering large scale process change from conception through to final implementation and be Master Black Belt qualified. Working in a Finance function in Financial Services would be a distinct advantage.
