To plan, manage and implement best in class marketing and communication programmes for the B2B market. Achieve local market commercial and brand objectives. Deliver a return for the investment made. Align all activities with centrally driven strategy and overall business goals. To be the "voice" of B2B marketing within the company, whilst delivering the Value Proposition to the Sales Team and the B2B marketplace


* Development of annual & quarterly marketing plans based on overall EMEA B2B market objectives

* Development and implementation of internal processes to ensure a B2B input and outcome from all significant company announcements, product launches and new routes

* Execution of annual & quarterly marketing plans ensuring they are delivered accurately and to the standard required

* Development and maintenance of annual calendar of trade events across EMEA

* Contract specific marketing plans are built and managed in conjunction with relevant account managers

* Manage central/local budget to deliver the annual & quarterly plan

* Implement and manage tools to ensure an ROI is achieved with TMC marketing funds

* Manage the day to day market supplier relationships with particular focus on agency's including creative, media & PR for B2B space.

* Event and trade show management

* Manage relationships with key trade organisations

* Market Advocacy & Insight - communicate regional market challenges & nuances for both central led projects and local initiatives

* Develop regional B2B PR strategy in conjunction with central PR team & local PR agencies

* Build and manage sales tool kit in terms of collateral

* Deliver effective templates for B2B client communication at every level

* Contribution to local market initiatives including network planning, country boards, commercial performance reviews, sales & distribution strategies


* Plans to be completed & submitted via the process defined & within the timeframes outlined

* Plans to be agreed with Director of Sales and relevant marketing team members prior to implementation

* All plans to be consistent with and part of country strategy and plan agreed with Country Directors

* Ensures plans are delivered as agreed and any deviations are communicated & agreed before implantation with Director of Sales.

* Ensures the quality of advertising Creative within the market is consistent and is agreed with Head of Marketing & Brand

* Ensures that all communications are legally & brand license compliant and are signed off with legal team

* Ensures all central workflow processes are adhered to

* Budget is delivered in line with plans and every month, quarter, half & full year are on expectation

* TMC marketing budgets are agreed with relevant client marketing contacts

* All PO's are raised in advance of purchasing and PO process is followed

* Month end reporting & reconciliation process is completed

* Any variances are agreed in advance with Director of Sales

* Provide ongoing feedback to agency's on their performance

* All new/revised supplier contracts/arrangements are agreed in advance with Director of Sales and Marketing and follow the procurement process

* All services must be sourced through approved suppliers only

* Liaise and work with national Head of Sales to ensure all trade events are effectively managed, meet brand and style guidelines and are budgeted appropriately.

* Ensure that maximum exposure is achieved with key trade organisations at an EMEA and country level. Seeking speaking opportunities and developing opportunities for brand and product exposure.

* Creates an understanding of the market's customer dynamics & segmentation supported by research & insight

* Communicates these market dynamics to both local & central teams and stakeholders

* Support decisions made and helps with implementation

* PR plans are agreed with PR Team, Director of Sales & Country Directors

* PR initiatives are aligned with central activities

* Maintain central database of PP and all other sales collateral and tools.

* Ensure that an effective communication programme is in place to use CRM to deliver key messages to the trade and corporate clients

. Submissions for Country Boards & other ad hoc country requirements are completed in time and to standard

* Provides marketing support for local sales & distribution teams

* Communicates customer & segmentation insights to support local initiatives

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience including B2B marketing and communications
  • Experience in working across key European markets
  • Proven marketing experience in corporate travel market place,both at country and European level
  • Experience of working with a B2B sales team
  • Experience of working with external agencies
  • Graduate
  • Knowledge of the aviation sector beneficial
