On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a community coordinator to start as soon as possible.The role:
• Define, propose and implement a development strategy of the eSport activity in Europe and North America.
• Lead the development of all eSports programs and tournament systems, and oversee their execution.
• Manage European and North American eSports teams and budgets.
• Build consensus and visibility across the organization and globally.
• Oversee the maintenance of eSport European and North American networks, and lead the design of the appropriate reward systems for each.
• Other duties as assigned.
Your profile:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in management.
• Extensive experience of competitive gaming, pro-gaming, ladders, leagues, and tournaments.
• Prior event and / or tournament organization and budgeting experience. High understanding level of playing games.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills, while maintaining ability to always. stay focused on the work at hand
• Internal communication and management skill with eSports team for both regions.
• Strong communications, and presentation skills, with the ability to work with other members across the organization (eSport and other departments).
• Able to interface effectively with both gamers and business people, especially negotiating skill and experience with 3rd party partner.
• Passionate player of videogames, particularly Wargaming games.
• Able to travel, including international travel.
