On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Customer Support agent to start as soon as possible.The role:
As a Customer Support Agent you will mainly be dealing with customer queries by means of email and live chat. In addition you will also be involved with other small projects related to our client brands.
Your profile:
• Willing to work night shift
• Experience of working in Customer Service
• Flexible
• Fluent English.
• Another language would be an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong values and integrity
• An understanding of the online gaming industry
