Real Staffing is looking for a full time Complaint Handling Manager to join a growing Medical Device Company inSanta Clara.

Company:

Growing Vascular Device Company located inSanta Clara.

Role: The Complaint Handling Manager will report into the Director of Quality and Engineering. You will be responsible for managing 3 direct reports as well as a subject matter expert on all complaints, taking all data, and being the decision maker on when a report should be run and how to go about doing that. You will be communicating with cross-functional teams in R&D, Sales Force Teams, and Physicians to make sure all reports are running smoothly. From a management standpoint, you will be helping build out this department.
Requirements:

BS Degree is Desirable but not required for the right Industry Experience

Minimum 5 years of Complaint Handling Experience in the Medical Device or Biotech Industry

Hands on Management Experience

Hands on Experience in MDR's and Vigilance Reporting

Direct Interaction with the FDA for Audits

Excellent Communication and willingness to learn
