I have a project requirement for an experience Embedded Software Engineer to work on a key project utilising your Embedded C and processor experience.
The client is an innovative company who develops a range of products which are primarily within the transport industry. They have enjoyed a successful period of growth which has included winning some new key contracts.
Your role will be to work within the Research and Development team helping to port over some existing Legacy software onto a new piece of hardware, which will involve moving from a Coldfire processor to a IMX5 Freescale processor. The product includes processing incoming data packets and displaying these onto a screen.
Key Skills:
-Embedded C
-Experience porting legacy code onto new platforms
-Propriety OS experience
-TFT/LED/LED display experience
-Microprocessor/Semiconductor experience (ideally Coldfire and IMX5 Freescale)
