About the role:
Working within this unique Technical environment, we require a consultant with skills across Cloud CRM technology with particular focus on Oracle On demand.
This is a business critical application that requires someone who can not only provide technical expertise to ensure configuration of the tool, however also to define requirements by consulting with both the business and customers.
The CRM consultant role will suit someone with a strong technical focus in Oracle CRM, however the key is consultative approach to gather requirements and make appropriate recommendations so customization of the Tool is suitable to both internal and external stakeholders.
Skills/Experience Required:
Proven experience within a Cloud based CRM environment
Exposure to Oracle On Demand
App integration experience
Able to provide end to end Technical BA skills, with focus on gather requirements, stakeholder engagement with internal and external business partners and make best fit solutions recommendation
Excellent communication skills
