Technical/Functional web application support/Unix/Windows/SQL/Stakeholder/ITIL/SLA/financial services.
Our client seeks a talented web application support analyst who has the ability to provide functional and technical support to global systems in production.
Activities
- You will someone who can identify problems, investigate and resolve within the agreed SLA times and coordinate implementations of new releases with the business and vendors.
-Incident/Problem/Change management of applications
-You will also be required to suggest improvements to systems that lead to change requests or changes in procedures and you will regularly act as the linking pin between other application administrators and important stakeholders in the projects.
Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have worked in a large corporate environment supporting major web applications running on Windows and Unix and will be have good working knowledge of SQL.
