Our client is major Financial Services & Banking organisation and currently there is an opportunity for an experienced Process Business Analyst to join their business lending area.

You will be responsible for significant Business Process Engineering and will need to:

  • Understand business need/problem and the drivers for change
  • Understand current (as-is) business processes, and their performance
  • Identify root causes preventing the attainment of the desired process performance
  • Recommending changes to the business process to achieve the desired process vision and process performance targets
  • Design the future (to-be) business processes (primary and secondary including performance criteria) to ensure delivery of the agreed performance targets
  • Identify areas of impact, risk and barriers for moving to the future (to-be) state

Key skills and experience required:

  • Proven role an end-to-end Business Process Re-Engineering or business transformation initiative
  • At least 3-5 years of Business Process Re-Engineering, Data Analysis, System Functional/Non Functional Analysis and business case preparation experience
  • Facilitation of business solution workshops involving participants from senior management to business users
  • Ideally you will have Business Lending experience
  • Experience with mortgages may be of interest also
