The Role:
FinXL currently are looking to engage 3 standout Incident Managers to work on one of their key Cloud divisions, providing expertise to customers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a unique environment that is has interesting development projects in the industry
The position will suit someone who is delivery focused that likes to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and drive the success of an organisation. To be successful, you will need to have demonstrable commercial experience relating to Incident Management
Skills and Experience required:
Solid incident management/problem-solving skills;
Understanding of IT end-to-end incident and problem management;
Knowledge of Service management tools and ITIL best practices;
Experienced in process creation and process improvement;
Ability to drive process improvement to continually improve service;
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple incidents/demands simultaneously while adapting to constantly changing requirements
Articulate with the talent to communicate with senior management and key stakeholders;
Passionate about Customer Service and acts with immediacy and urgency
