I am looking for a Resourcing HR Administrator to work for a World leading oil and gas organisation for a 6 month contract.

You will be an experienced Administrator with strong skills in Recruitment, Resource, HR, Contractor Management, On Boarding, Resource Demand Planning, Reporting and Quality Assurance.

A strong background in Oil and Gas, Financial Services or Trading would be ideal

Essential
* Experience in a hands on, fast paced internal resourcing role in a blue chip international organisation where the function is all about providing the right people, with the right skills at the right time.
* Experience of on boarding and inducting staff/contractors new to an organisation
* Organisational skills, articulate and confident communicator
* Excel
* MS Office
* Sharepoint
* Purchase Order/Invoicing processes
* Confidence and ability to engage with stakeholders
* Supporting recruitment of contractors or other third party staff
