Group Payroll Officer Systems & Processing Oracle London.
A Local Government Client requires a Group Payroll Officer to work within Systems & Processing. You will be responsible for processing payrolls and ensure the payments are made to all parties accurately and on time. you will deputise for the Transactional Manager when required and be responsible for the development and delivery of Oracle and Corporate Information systems to achieve agreed outcomes and standards, in support of all of the business areas, policies and procedures. You will be responsible for completing all processes necessary to run BACS each pay run. Ensuring process dates are correct and confirming final BACSTEL transmission has been made according to timetable. Check all net totals for each payroll to ensure BACS limits are not exceeded. Be responsible for negative payroll entries in respect of stopped cheques, BACS recalls and overpayments and run payrolls to process adjustments and also be responsible for raising debtors accounts for overpayments.
