Duration: 6 months

Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Contracts Administrator for a six month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Client:

  • Leading & forward thinking global financial services organisation
  • On site worldwide presence

The Job:

Working as a Contracts Administrator you will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including:

  • Creation of work orders;
  • Processing, scanning and updating spreadsheets;
  • Scanning and uploading supplier contracts;
  • Updating Supplier database;
  • Chasing agreements awaiting signature.

Skills Required:

The successful candidates must have

  • Previous knowledge of working in a Project environment
  • Experience with contract processing
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience in liaising with suppliers
  • Good Excel skills
  • Financial services industry knowledge would be advantageous
