Duration: 6 months
Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Contracts Administrator for a six month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job:
Working as a Contracts Administrator you will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including:
- Creation of work orders;
- Processing, scanning and updating spreadsheets;
- Scanning and uploading supplier contracts;
- Updating Supplier database;
- Chasing agreements awaiting signature.
Skills Required:
The successful candidates must have
- Previous knowledge of working in a Project environment
- Experience with contract processing
- Strong administration skills
- Experience in liaising with suppliers
- Good Excel skills
- Financial services industry knowledge would be advantageous
