Risk project Manager -Capital management, Financial Services
Fantastic opportunity for a regulatory risk project manager to work for one of the largest financial services companies in the UK. As a risk project manager you will be assisting the management team within Model Governance, analytics & modelling. This is an excellent chance for a risk manager from within the financial services to continue to develop their regulatory risk knowledge and work as part of a high performing team.
Risk Project Manager Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Management team in Model Governance, Analytics & Modelling, Risk Division, to set up the procedures necessary to co-ordinate activity and returns from a number of divisions and functions across the Group.
- Establish and manage robust process that allows for the collation of returns from across the Group (including both Risk and Finance).
- Ensure production of CRR gap compliance plan for delivery to the PRA (prudential regulations)
- Co-ordinate the delivery of a complementary data exercise requested by the PRA to assess the impact of capital floors.
- Take responsibility for the deadlines for submission to the PRA, and for pro-actively working with business areas to ensure deadlines are met
Risk Project Manager Key Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience of working in financial services or other highly regulated environments
- Excel/Powerpoint
- A formal project qualification: Prince, MSP or equivalent
- Prudential regulatory experience
