  • Oracle BPM and Java and Workflow experienced Team leader that can understand the Business Process and model it in BPMN and design it in Oracle BPM 11g.
  • Should understand workflow user access management, approvals, escalation management
  • Should have hands on experience with Document based and Process based workflow design and development
  • understand the KPI needs for BPM and have experience in implementing them in BPM11g
  • Experience with SOA & BPM Design patterns & Best Practices
