Description
Job purpose:The candidate is responsible for the delivery of accurate design specifications for the development team, including providing assistance throughout the entire implementation process. Good communication skills are a must. As a Web Designer, duties will also include assisting the web design team to produce digital marketing assets such as newsletters, landing pages and various materials related to campaigns.

Key Qualities:
• Pixel perfect design accuracy
• Competent knowledge in typography
• Mid-level photo editing knowledge
• Has a previous significative experience delivering deisgns to a development team
• Competent building Wireframes
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the end user experience including conversion efficiency
Key Knowledge:
• Software: Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator
• Coding: Proficient in HTML/CSS?and a knowledge in AS2/3 (Flash)
• Other: Flash timeline animation required and the ability to communicate with an outsource partner and work with them in a smooth workflow
