Looking for a fantastic SAS Programmer to move into a Managerial position and join a leading global CRO with a booming drug pipeline! You will have the opportunity to supervise and manage a staff and ensure they are adequately trained, mentored, and developed.
Other opportunities you will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:
- Manage 10 Direct Reports
- Remain Hands Off while periodically being Hands On depending on the project
- Involved with strategic operations
- Report into the Director of Programming
All potential candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- BS or Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 8 + years experience inthe clinical trials processes
- Project Management or Line Management experience
- Experience in Managing and Mentoring a group of programmers
- Excellent verbal and written skills
