My client, a large business services organisation are looking for a Interim HR Manager to work on a high profile role. The position will involve rolling out a flexible working programme to managers across the business including rolling out zero hour contracts across the business. The organisation are looking to implement a resourcing toolkit to identify peaks and troughs in work to manage their resource pools accordingly. In terms of skills and experience you will need to have worked as a Interim HR Manager for a large complex organisation previously, possibly a retail organisation. You will also need project management skills to be able to effectively manage projects on time and to budget. You will need to have experience of rolling out 0 hour contracts to be considered for this role.
