Well Access Systems (WAS)Senior Project Engineer - Subsea
Responsible for project engineering of relevant products, defined by contract scope of work and project BOM within the agreed project schedules
On time delivery of engineering documents
Ensure conformance to the clients 'Impact Quality' ideals
Perform the work proactively
Maximize the use of standard products and standard documents
Lead/Mentor other team members and ensure experience transfer
Teamcenter Review/Approve of engineering and supplier documentation
Qualifications
Skilled in use of the execution part of the Business Management System and knowledgeable in use of the complete Business Management System
Knowledgeable in use of internal engineering guidelines and of ISO
Knowledgeable in use of relevant Engineering tools
Well experienced in SAP (with regards to own tasks)
Well experienced in Teamcenter (Create, revise and maintain engineering
Tasks
Work according to EEP Global Engineering Execution Process
Prepare the following documentation according to applicable regulations, customer specifications and standards: SPC, FAT, THI, TDI, and PSM.
Prepare or support HFT
Prepare input for Tender. Estimate engineering hours for project specific documentation.
Detailed planning of project deliverables and making sure that E1Plan dates are met
Report progress and any deviations on E1Plan documentation using the PPM tool
Plan, perform and follow up actions from design reviews (DR13 and DR14) on engineering documents as required
Initiate/Lead CRB meetings
Improve products and documentation by implementing tasks from QNs and solve QN tasks on time
Support suppliers and clients workshop during production, assembly and testing of product
Support in qualification testing of new products when necessary
Initiate and follow up release process of documents
Prepare high level product BOM
Prepare test BOM together with PRE
Skills and requirements
Capable of doing system engineering tasks
Capable of producing standard technical system documents
Capable of solving technical issues
Knowledgeable in how changes influence the total system project execution and cost
Skilled in leading engineering work
Capable of leading meetings and with client/suppliers
Capable of coaching engineers on execution issues
Capable of supporting in technical negotiations with client/suppliers
BSc with minimum 6 years experience
MSc/PhD with minimum 4 years experience
Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency
