Key Responsibilities
- The Ideal candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd - 3rd line support
- Ensuring all deliverables are met against agreed SLA's
- Reporting to the aligned Client Services Director (CSD) ensuring you provide 2nd and 3rd line support services against all contractual commitments by providing an outstanding service.

My client is a managed service provider delivering infrastructure support in to transport services. The ideal candidate will be a personal, outgoing individual with great communication skills. This contract does require some travelling to Cologne and London.
