Know Your Customer Junior Analyst
Duration: 6 month initial with further potential to extend another 6 months and temp-to-permanent if desired.

Our financial service client is looking for ten Know Your Customer Junior Analysts to join a new team and contribute towards account opening projects. Exciting opportunity to join at the outset of a large expansion with opportunities to be extended and go temp-to-perm.
You will be responsible for working with internal relationship managers to assist in the opening of complex customer accounts and contributing towards "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures.
Specifically you will:
* Provide high level support to internal retail teams.
* Contribute towards the Know Your Customer/Know Your Bank account opening
project initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with FSA regulations and demonstrate good understanding of AML procedures.
* Respond to ad-hoc queries as required and "take responsibility" for those queries.
* Assisting in the management of complex client relationships and new account setups.
* Ensure all required documentation is completed prior to opening accounts, identify
gaps/missing data and working with retain stakeholders to collect required data.
* Manage key internal stakeholders and develop positive relationships.
In order to do this role you should have a good customer service history, ideally within financial services and exposure to account opening processes. You should have great communication skills, the ability to work in a team, good organisational skills and be self motivated.
Prior history working within financial services strongly desired along with any exposure of related FSA regulations.
