This well known and respected Financial Services business seeks a Senior HR Manager to compliment their existing team. This is large corporate with a fully stocked centre of excellence allowing you to engage closer to the business and provide a tailored, commercially viable, HR solution.
About the role
You will provide a HR Business Partnering service to the Global Functions and liaise directly with Senior Leaders and the Exco community with a view of understanding their business and key challenges.
You will also drive relevant global change programmes for your business area aligning them to the global strategy while also keeping a firm handle on organisational effectiveness and performance.
What we are looking for
You will be a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist who has worked within a large corporate environment, ideally from the Banking or Financial Services industry.
