For our delivery teams at Sweden, we are looking for a Training and Change Management Consultant (5+ years of experience) with Training and Change Management background and preferably with domain knowledge of pharma manufacturing. The individual will strive to become a trusted Training and Change Management consultant to one of our pharmaceutical clients. The role requires mastery of training content creation, delivery of end user trainings, handling of change management processes in the implementation projects. The individual is expected to handle the training and change management aspects for the successful implementation of MES product (FTPS, from Rockwell).

The key responsibilities are,

  • Stakeholder Analysis
  • Stakeholder Engagement Checkpoint surveys (electronic) and assist in Analysis of data
  • Communications Planning and Execution
  • Change Impact Analysis and follow up plans
  • Deliver Train the Trainer Training
  • End User Training Curricula and plans
  • Evaluate effectiveness of Training materials
  • The Ideal candidate speaks fluently Swedish and English, has at least 5 years of experience including Training and Change Management in the manufacturing domain preferably in Pharma industry. Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (preferably, PMX/FTPC/FTPS products from Rockwell), Control Systems, Knowledge of Weighing & Dispensing processes, Electronic Batch Recording are beneficial. Expected skills are, 

  • Strong communication (oral + written) skills - Native & English language skills
  • Training skills including content creation
  • Change Management Processes
  • Client management
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing knowledge/Manufacturing IT systems knowledge
