Contract Length: 6 months +

Extensive knowledge of MoD policy documents on Investment Appraisal and Evaluation (JSP507)
Financial control, scrutiny and governance within MoD (JSP 462)
Financial analysis and cost modelling within both Public and Private organisations
Cost and effectiveness analysis of investment options including development of CoA and COEIA.
MOD FLC and MB experience
Stakeholder Management
Led and delivered numerous Operational and Corporate Investment Appraisals against high value equipment/capability plans.
Business Change environments
Min SC Cleared
Degree educated
PRINCE2 and/or ITIL V3 Qualified - Preferred.
