Key responsibilities:
• Managing revenue and budgets on a day to day basis, work with meticulous planning and prioritization
• Create brand campaigns that clearly communicate to key target audiences
• Responsible on delivering on all product KPIs that sit within their high-performance team — and support in the strategy, the tactics and the positioning.
• Provide insights to online acquisition, retention and re-activation techniques covering: Life cycle management, Customer segmentation, Loyalty management & Conversion of new registrations into depositing customers
• Create marketing concepts and execute effective marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience, maximize activity, to generate return on investment and increase customer lifetime value
• Create product and campaign reports with the assistance from the business intelligence department
• Create imaginative and produce original, clear and credible ideas/messages that harmonized with the company brand and products
• Ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are effective and being improved.
• Contributing to Sportsbook technology roadmap in conjunction with the Business Team
Profile:
• You have a keen interest in sports marketing and are knowledgeable with the Nordic Sportsbook market.

• You are delivering on deadlines and can handle a fast paced working environment.
• And finally it is very important that you have great communications skills.
With at least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced B2C brand or marketing role, you will be some-one who excels in disciplines such brand positioning, segment marketing, brand communication and developing ideas that inspire and drive customer loyalty and acquisition. You’ll be working right where brand, strategic marketing and performance analysis intersect. Finally we see that you have a good understanding of online conversion, retention and re-activation techniques.
Wanted qualifications:
As their Sportsbook Marketing Manager you’ll have huge amounts of value to offer:
• Knowledge within Sportbook
• A very keen interest in sport and an understanding of multiple markets
• Up-to-date knowledge of brand positioning and communication
• Experience of managing budgets and/or P&L
• Extensive experience of designing brand campaigns that clearly communicate to key target audiences
• A good understanding of online conversion, retention and re-activation techniques
• An understanding of email promotions with a keen interest in email optimization and seg-mentation
• Intermediate or higher web technologies knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and MS Office tools
• Comprehensive understanding of the full marketing mix (CRM, Promotions, Brand Positioning, Advertising and Onsite)
• Strong analytical and administrative skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
