Are you interested in working for an expanding Nordic company in a fast-growing industry? On behalf of our client we are looking for a Casino VIP Manager to work in their offices in Malta. As VIP Manager you will report to Head of Casino, but you’ll also work closely with their marketing teams across the globe, developing and retaining their most loyal customers.
Who are you?
As a person you are a highly ambitious, creative, outgoing and positive person with a real can do attitude. You have a great understanding of VIP programmes and techniques that can drive loyalty with high value customers and have proven success in this field. You are able to track and monitor data trends and devise tactical campaign ideas that are both game-changing and surprising. You understand how large businesses operate internally and get a buzz from building flexible and posi-tive working relationships with multiple teams across a business.
You will be expected to:
• Develop the existing VIP offering and make positive step-changes in the way that they communicate to VIPs
• Develop and own the VIP strategy for products within the brand, working closely with the business team
• Formulate a clear operating plan for their telesales team to support 1-1 communication with high value customers
• Work closely with the brand´s CRM Manager to develop segmentation, tracking and moni-toring high value segment trends and performance throughout the customer journey
• Be a cultural driver of VIP management across the business
• Relationship holder with all key VIPs
Requirements for this position are:
• Knowledge of Casino
• Experience working in VIP management preferably for a leading i-gaming provider
• Considerable experience of segmentation management with demonstrable results
• Experience in player journey/user experience development
• Excellent communication, organisational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English – Any other languages would be an advantage
• Knowledge of the Northern European region is preferred
• Self-starter, innovative, keen to make a difference.
