On behalf of our client, a well-established operator in gaming we are looking for a Games of Chance Business Manager who will form part of the central Games of Chance Team that oversees the Gaming products across the many brands within the company group. You will be a central point of Gaming excellence and will consult on and facilitate Gaming excellence across their portfolio of brands. You will champion business enhancing product development, providing the drive and innovation to keep the company at the forefront of the Gaming industry.
Scope of the Role
As their Games of Chance Business Manager you will have huge amounts of value to offer in the following areas:
• Owning and optimizing the profitability of all their Games of Chance Products, which in-clude: Casino, Live Casino, Games, Bingo, Scratch Games and Skill Games
• Champion Games of Chance products across 21 brands within the company grou
• Consulting on Gaming excellence and facilitating the forums and solutions to optimise Gaming across our multi-brand platform.
• Manage cross-brand KPIs
• Specify and deliver innovative products, tools and features to keep them ahead of the curve in Games of Chance!
• Manage and optimize the strategic product roadmap for Games of Chance.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity, ensuring the wider organization has visibility on all competitor activity and performance.
• Support the Head of Games of Chance in the day-to-day management of relationships across the business and with our external suppliers.
• Support the Head of department in the delivery of key initiatives within Games of Chance, and across the business.
Profile:
• They are looking for a seasoned iGaming industry professional, someone that has managed a gaming product and has a deep and recent knowledge of the Gaming market.
• Working directly with senior management across the business will require that you are con-fident, efficient and collaborative in nature.
• You must be excellent at building and maintaining relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, and have the tenacity to deliver across multiple areas of the business.
• You will manage multiple products, across multiple brands and with multiple suppliers and so you must be happy working in a diverse, challenging and ever-changing environment.
• Finally, you must have a strategic and analytical mind which allows you to make educated commercial decision and challenge opinions.
