Implementation Consultant-Trading Software- London-Competitive Salary Bonus packageMy client is seeking to expand its implementations team with two new senior and three junior implementation consultants. They have an impressive client portfolio and work alongside stock exchanges and leading hedge funds with a number of trading software products.
Successful candidates will have the chance to travel globally to these various client sites for extended periods ensuring their product is correctly implemented and supported. This makes this position an excellent fit for candidates who want to see the world rather than just be stuck behind the same desk in their career.
It also means the role involves a lot of independence especially in the case of the senior implementation roles. As such candidates should be proactive and willing to drive themselves to provide the very best in customer service during the implementation process. This also means that candidates who perform to this high standard will be properly recognised and have appropriate chances to progress their careers.
The ideal candidate should show;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to a business audience
- For the senior roles at least 6 years experience in an implementation role is required, for the junior role at least 3.
- Experience in the financial sector preferably with trading systems software would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of IT in order to effectively implement the product and explain it to clients. Whilst extensive technical skills are not required candidates with increased technical knowledge will be at an advantage.
- Organisational and Problem Solving ability, in order to quickly deal with any minor technical issues.
- Multilingual candidates would be at an advantage.
