Our International client is looking to recruit a Windows/Linux, VMware Data Centre Engineer to work in Valencia (Spain).

*Administrator - The incumbent is responsible for the maintenance and administration of the Servers, operating systems and directory services in ICC partners operations. The incumbent is responsible for managing and maintaining standard configurations, monitoring and analysis tools, as well as assisting with the solution of the problems related to data centres as a part of the incident management process.
*Deployment Team Member - The incumbent is responsible for final testing and deployment of server hardware, operating systems and directory service solutions as well as all related technical documentation as a part of release management process.
*Provide support assistance and coverage for any urgent requests during off working hours as part of standby on duty.

Skills:
*Strong exposure in operating and maintaining enterprise Data Centres
*Good technical knowledge of Windows, Vmware and Linux Operating Systems (MS Windows , VmwareVsphere, SLES and RHEL).
*Good technical knowledge of MS Active Directory Services and Virtualization technology.
*Good technical knowledge of HP hardware (BL/DL/ML) and SAN EMC/HP technology.
*General understanding of Local and Wide Area Network concepts.
*Exposure with DRBC solutions like VMware SRM.
*Some knowledge of database and application systems including familiarity in Powershell and Shell Scripting.
*Exposure in drafting technical documents
*Exposure in Information Security Management System (ISMS: ISO 27001), ITIL framework and other industry standard related best practices.
*Ability to grasp complex concepts, logical and analytical approach to solving problems.
*Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
*Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team of diverse skills.
*Good communication and presentation skills.
*Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal) is required.
