Description
My leading financial services client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Service Transition Specialist to be a part of a key programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move new Platform in to full production, and allow transfer of Policies onto platform
- Provide Service Transition expertise, to support organisation in its preparation for increased Transaction Volumes and increased Support Requirements
- Ensure all changes and fixes delivered to the platform are managed successfully.
Desirable Qualities:
- Prince II Qualified
- ITIL Qualified
- Previous Service Transition experience, within multiple contracts.
- Previous Platform Migration and Transition experience
Previous experience within Life and Pensions & Investments would be ideal.
Location: South Coast (Central)
Rate: £450 - £500
Duration: 6 months Initial
