Description
As a web developer you will work closely with both the system development team and the marketing development team. You will be working with most parts of the systems, from Graphics/Interface design in Photoshop to writing controllers and building sleak jQuery driven products.
You will act as the team-leader for a small team of designers/junior developers to plan and set weekly work tasks.
Requirements:
• Has a good understanding of UX principles
• Is able to implement new features with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery)
• Knows the value of semantic web and progressive enhancement
• Seeks out new technologies that might be useful
• Is experienced with Ruby and TDD
• Knows how to use version control (Git and SVN) and the console
• Knows how to take initiative and see solutions
• Has a good understanding about agile development
• Feels comfortable with OSX or other Unix system
• Is always a part of the solution and loves helping others

Preferred:
• Have worked with Ramaze, Padrino, Rails or similar
• Have worked with scalable CSS architecture (SMACSS)
• Have worked with Sass
