Description
Responsible for the P&L of the Bingo products and developing a team to manage a large player base of recreational players and expand the product into emerging regulated markets.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, manage and coordinate appropriate strategies to help meet KPIs and marketing/business objectives set by Senior Management.
• Accountable for Bingo product P&L.
• Responsible for the development and delivery of the products roadmaps.
• Successfully position and promote the brand generating local awareness and high equity.
• Preparation of marketing strategies, financial forecasts and budgets for product, encompassing product and competition research.
• Maintain and develop strong 3rd Party supplier relationships.
• Manage acquisition through sport channels (offline and online cross sell).
• Take ownership of development and integration projects locally and with 3rd party suppliers.
• Develop and implement successful promotions and incentives to attract new/retain existing clients via in-house websites or advertising partnerships.
• Conduct regular competitive and SWOT analysis of industry leaders.
• Analyze marketing and promotional activity and prepare reports of findings and recommendations.
• Be responsible for the implementation and the ongoing management of Bingo programs and liaise with all relevant internal departments to ensure that programs are achieving optimal levels of performance.
• Liaise with the Marketing Team to ensure Marketing programs are delivered on time and the processes are managed correctly.
• Be availability for crisis management and act as duty manager as and when required.
• Be responsible for the successful implementation of system upgrades and to be available for crisis management during upgrades.
Experience and Skills
• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role essential.
• Strong Analysis of CRM and result implementation skills essential.
• Strong cost management skills essential.
• Marketplace awareness and understanding of trends essential.
• Understanding player profiles and implementing profiled CRM programs essential.
• Excellent communications skills (written, verbal and presentational) essential.
• Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects essential.
• Evidence of strong people and project management skills essential.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and third party providers essential.
• Strong customer ethos and the ability to channel insight into profitable deliverables essential.
