Ihre Aufgaben:
- Solutions supporting on CRM 7.0 (especially Loyalty Management)
- Manage service delivery from the IT Service Partner to support the LoB 19s according to the agreed KPIs in service area
- Manage the committed project portfolio into the RUN organization
- Continuous improvement of the service engagement in terms of operational efficiency, reducing TCO, support quality and customer satisfaction
- Perform customer engagement with stakeholders for IT application operation
