A global medical device company in Illinois has a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Engineer. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for creating and tracking closure to all system issues with proper documentation. This a 6 month contract opportunity that is paying $55.00-$60.00 per hour.This market leading medical device company is searching for a Systems Engineer to be involved in systems verification and validation planning. The Engineer will be involved in the following:
- Support systems engineers assigned to the program
- Review, assess, and mitigate program technical risks and issues
- Creates and tracks to closure all systems issues and ensures proper documentation
- Responsible for all System Verification Planning and Execution
- Responsible for all System Validation Planning and Execution
The ideal candidate will have the following background:
- 3+ years in Systems Engineering or related field
- 2 + years of Medical Device Experience
- Experience with FMECA
- Embedded Systems Development experience preferred
