We are urgently seeking a Windows/Web Support specialist for a permanent position in Weybridge.

Job Synopsis
  • To provide technical guidance and support to the on-line managers, marketers and web production people
  • Web/WAS software installation, configuration & change management.
  • Release program updates to production system and troubleshooting
  • Manage websites information and generate periodic reports


Technical Requirements
  • Experience in IIS, .NET, ASP, PHP, MS-SQL, Windows OS(essential).
  • Experience in Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, LINUX (essential).
  • Experienc in Oracle, Unix beneficial
  • Experience in Website development beneficial
  • Experience in Security administration.
  • Knowledge of database, applications, and web server design, implementation
  • Understanding of Firewall technology.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and related protocols.
  • 5 years plus experience in the Information Technology world.


Person Specification
  • Must be Fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
  • Must hold a full driving license and have own car for possible Emergency call outs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid work permit.
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Self started, able to work under own initiative.
  • Good team player.
  • Flexible to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Quick to respond.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill are required.
  • Well presented, professional and dedicated.
  • Frequent availability for out-of-hours work.


HOURS OF WORK:

37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
