Quality Inspector - Aerospace Industry -Bournemouth- 6 Month ContractMy client, an industry leader in the aerospace and defence industry is currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to begin a 6 month contract based inBournemouth. It is an urgent requirement that has arisen due to an influx of new projects within the company.
Successful Quality Inspectors will be working day to day in a team of 4 interpreting data both printed and onscreen, working with engineering drawings, hand helds and height gages.
In order to apply candidates must have:
- Extensive Inspection and FAI experience
- Understanding and experience with engineering drawings
- Experience interpreting data
- Experience using hand helds and height gages
- SAP systems understanding
- Experience working within Quality Teams and with customer/vendor facing roles
- Experience working with control systems and equipment
- Mechanical bias and background
- Computer literacy and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excell
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken English
- Personable Character to make a good team fit
- An aerospace/defence/military background would be preferable
