Description
Our client in Sweden, Stockholm, is looking for a receptionist to join there in house team. The right person will be organised and work well within a team. The contract will be a three month initial contract with the option to extend to 12 months.
The job will involve:
1.Main switchboard and visit management
2.Mails and DHL/your special delivery in&Out,and payment .
3.Name card and other training material print
4.Copy m/c, coffee m/c, plant,newspaper& magazine, drink water management.
5.Office repair and maintenance management
6.Meeting room management, especially for video -conference assist.
7.Stationery management
8.Car keys management
9.Event support
10.Back up for hotel booking and apartment repair
Language: English and Swedish
Work Location: Stockholm, Kista.
