Global Business Analyst
£500 per day
My client, a prestigious FMCG organisation, is urgently looking for an Interim Global Business Analyst to support a major global change programme.
Working across various countries you will liaise with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure these findings are effectively articulated and delivered to IT. From capturing the right data you will be instrumental in documenting and presenting findings back to the Board to enable quick decision making on formulating new operational ('to-be') structures.
You must be a driven and self-sufficient individual who possesses excellent engagement skills as you will liaise with a range of stakeholders across different countries and cultures, where compassion and adaptability will be essential for success.
Requirements:
- Broad business analysis experience (5 years +)
- Experience of supporting Global/Pan-European change programmes
- Ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across various organisational departments and cultures
- Detailed and process focused, but with the ability to step back, compromise and advise.
