A renewable energy client is looking for an Offshore Structures Installation Manager to be responsible for the offshore platforms installation. This would be a Full time position with 5 working days per week (Min. 37.5 hours per week); report to the Offshore Structures Installation Department Manager.

Job Description:
1. Be the focal point of contact for all offshore platform installation issues
2. Ensure that the project is on time and that quality and economy are within the scope
3. Comply with the client`s guidelines and standards in force
4. Participate in project team meetings and cross discipline cooperation
5. Ensure that the technical departments` best practices are implemented

Tasks:
- Analyse, recommend and optimise offshore installation and logistics concepts.
- Negotiate and recommend pre-assembly and project support harbour agreements.
- Charter installation vessels incl. support vessels and barges
- Prepare Installation Contractor ITT documents and Employer`s Requirements - Technical Requirements
- Negotiate and recommend offshore installation contracts incl. Marine Warranty Surveyor.
- Secure the day-to-day management of the installation Contract
- Ensure contractor`s delivery and own review of method statements and risk assessments
- Analyse and optimise installation procedures prior to and during installation.
- Proactively ensure that offshore installation works are carried out based on balanced contracts and optimised time schedule, costs and QHSE
- Manage and coordinate offshore installation contracts and activities.
- Manage the Marine Warranty Surveyor
- Manage client`s reps within individual areas
- Provide progress reports for all managed contracts.
- Provide input to the development of the departments` knowledge sharing platforms
- Implement lessons learnt and share within T&I department
- Establish and manage communication with the engineering project organisation incl. division / delegation of responsibility
- Coordinate and attend inspections of vessels provided to the projects
- Carry out RAMS and participate in HAZID/HAZOP for installation design / offshore installation operations
- Inform the offshore platforms manager of all significant technical issues, in particular risks, and develop contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards for project execution.
- Ensure that deliveries comply with internal and external HSE requirements.

Qualification of Candidate:
- Hold an MSc diploma or other relevant Master degree certificate
- Project management level: PMP certified or equivalent
- Recommended 8 years of relevant work experience within wind and/or offshore construction from similar position
