DC&M Partners is seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM Consultant for a FULL-TIME role with our direct client. This is a work-from-home opportunity.

Skill Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands on SAP HR/HCM experience
  • 5+ years of Production Support experience
  • Experience in these key modules: HR-PA, HR-OM, HR-PD, HR-PY
  • Ability to work with multiple departments/people in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills are a must
  • Strong client facing skills with an extreme focus on client satisfaction
  • Good project management skills and superior customer service skills
  • Big 5 or SAP background preferred
  • ESS, MSS, e-Recruitment and HR-TM are a HUGE plus!
  • Canadian HR/HCM experience is a HUGE plus!


    • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area
