Background:- Experience using programming language in a production environment
- Strong CS knowledge
- Personal projects that show an aptitude for engineering and product sense
- Ability to work in in a fast pace environment and ability to wear multiple hats
Desirable:
- Experience using Django/Python in a production environment
- Experience using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX in a production environment.
- Experience scaling high traffic websites (architecture/database/memcache/CDN)
- Experience with server administration, cloud providers & content delivery networks
